Olga
Egorov Executive Operations & Project Leader

I help leaders solve complex problems — building structure where complexity exists, so they can execute at scale.

I work at the intersection of operations, special projects, and real estate — turning executive vision into working systems.

Who I Am

The industry changes.
The work doesn’t.

Born in Ukraine and now a U.S. citizen in Florida, I’ve spent more than two decades at the intersection of business, complex projects, and leadership — organizational growth, advertising, Smart Cities and transportation, MIT Sloan, and the built environment.

To me it has always been the same job: come into something complex, learn how it works quickly, find where it is stuck and where it can grow, and build the structure to move it forward. Different industries — same role.

People have brought me in when something important needed to be built, organized, or turned around, and trusted me to figure out how. Give me the goal and the context, and I’ll find the path and bring people with me.

I’m a builder and a problem-solver. Technology, design, communications — those are just tools. The real job is helping people and organizations get somewhere they couldn’t get on their own.
What I Do

Where I’m most useful

01
Complex Project & Operations Leadership
I take on initiatives that don’t fit neatly into an org chart — cross-functional, high-stakes, still partly undefined. I bring structure to ambiguity, align stakeholders, and move complex work from idea to execution.
02
Strategy, Growth & Turnaround
Scaling organizations and turning around the stuck ones. Building teams, P&L discipline, and the systems a venture needs to grow — from a no-name brand to a national leader, and from chaos to a working structure.
03
Built Environment & Owner’s Representation
Owner’s advocate on real-estate and construction projects — budgets, vendors, permitting, and delivery — and architectural design through my studio, Alchemy.

Philosophy

The hidden architecture

Every successful project begins the same way. Before design. Before construction. Before strategy. There is a hidden architecture that decides whether an idea succeeds or fails — the alignment of people, incentives, timelines, and trust. My work is to find that architecture and build around it.

The Sloan Fellows program is built for executives with significant leadership experience. It gave me language and frameworks for what I had spent years doing across industries by instinct.
